This allows you to initiate the registration with the Magistrate (Magistrat), Tax Office (Finanzamt), or Commercial Court (Handelsgericht) on the very same business day. There is no faster way to obtain a representative business address in Vienna.
Can I use the address immediately as my official registered office?
Yes! As soon as you have returned the signed contract and we have received your first payment, you will receive the countersigned document. With this document, you can proceed with the registration at the Magistrate (Magistrat), Tax Office (Finanzamt), or Commercial Court (Handelsgericht) immediately.

Yes, loyalty pays off! With annual prepayment, we give you one month for free for the Popular and Express packages. You only pay for 11 months but can use the virtual office service for a full year.
Which documents are required to conclude the contract?
For a quick start with your virtual office, we require the following from you:
The signed contract.
A copy of a valid photo ID.
If already available: A current excerpt from the business register (Firmenbuch) and/or trade licence register (GISA).
