To conclude contracts and agreements digitally, securely, and legally, we use the service SignWell (SignWell LLC, Portland, Oregon, USA). When you sign a document via SignWell, personal data such as your name, email address, IP address, the date and time of the signature, and any uploaded documents (e.g., copies of ID) are collected and processed. The processing of this data is necessary for the conclusion and fulfillment of a contract and is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
